- On which surfaces can I use Soft Scrub® Total™ products?
- For a complete list of which Soft Scrub products can be used on which surfaces, please refer to our Surface Guide.
- Are Soft Scrub bottles recyclable?
- Yes. The containers are made of #2 recyclable HDPE. Empty contents and rinse container thoroughly before discarding into recyclable trash. For product with triggers, remove the trigger before recycling, as triggers can not be recycled (due to the internal components).
- What ingredients are in Soft Scrub products?
- For a complete list of ingredients, refer to the ingredients tab on the product information page for each item.
- How do I switch between Foam and Spray?
- To switch between Foam and Spray, open or close the screen on the front of the trigger. If the screen is open, the formula will spray; if it is closed, the formula will foam.
- Does the trigger really work upside down? How does it work?
- Yes, the trigger is meant to work both upside down and right side up. The trigger has two diptubes: one long diptube, like traditional trigger sprays, that reaches all the way down to the bottom of the bottle, as well as an opening on the underside of the trigger head, which feeds formula to the trigger when the bottle is turned upside-down.
- Can I use any formula with the trigger?
- Extensive testing has been conducted on the trigger with the Soft Scrub formulas to ensure stability and functionality criteria have been met. Therefore, we do not recommend using any other formula with the trigger.
- What do I do if the trigger clogs?
- Opening the screen and running warm water through the screen for a few seconds should unclog the trigger.
- How much should I spray to clean an area? (i.e. toilet, shower, etc.)
- Generally that is related to how dirty the surface is but a good starting point would be one spray per square foot of surface to be cleaned.
- Do I need to rinse off the product?
- Rinsing is not necessary if you spray and wipe off thoroughly. If you allow product to sit on surface for any prolonged time without wiping, then rinsing may be required.
- Where can I purchase Soft Scrub products?
- Soft Scrub is carried in a variety of national mass merchandisers and grocers, such as Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Kroger, Safeway and Publix. To find a retailer in your area, refer to our Store Locator.
- Is Soft Scrub Cleanser safe for the septic system?
