- What is the gritty substance in the Cleanser products? Why doesn't it scratch?
- The gritty substance is Calcium Carbonate, one of earth's most common minerals. It has a hardness rating of only 3 on Moh's Hardness Scale [where 1= softest (ex. Talc) and 10 = hardest (ex. Diamond)] and is therefore softer than many common household cleaning surfaces such as granite, glass and stainless steel. That is why it is safe to use on those types of surfaces.

- What is the difference between Soft Scrub with Bleach Cleanser and Soft Scrub Gel with Bleach? What about Bleach Clean?
- Soft Scrub Cleanser with Bleach contains calcium carbonate, which helps to remove tough stains and soils.
