New fibergalss tub/shower Posted January 19 2010 - 8:15 pm We just installed a new fiberglass tub- surround shower. The warranty info says to be careful about cleaning, and not to use soft scrub type products. Are there Soft Scrubs without any grit in them? Or what would you recommend? |

Posted January 21 2010 - 11:10 pm I have used Soft Scrub for years and even the older "gritty" Soft Scrub is not very abrasive. It cleans well, but but does it with more soapiness and your elbow grease then with anything I would think would harm any kind of surface. I have not used their newer products yet (got my coupons though so I will be), but from what I see, they look like they are thinner then the regular, which means they would be even gentiler on your tub. Just my opinion though :) |
